The Host

Hi my name is Gabe Baltierra I was born in London, U.K and I lived there for about two years, I then moved to New York City. After spending seven years there, I moved to Westport, CT where I currently live. I started this podcast because I believe my purpose is to help people navigate this crazy world we live in. I am very into buddhism and mindfulness. I use a lot of what I learn from those two in my episodes.

  I am also an athlete. I played soccer in high school and was captain of the varsity team my senior year.

     I am also very into helping those in need. I have traveled to several third world countries to help build schools. I also work with local homeless shelters.
